The room was clean. We had a really nice stay at Pigeon River Inn. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It's in a nice location. There could have been a bigger trash can in the main room area, that was the only issue. Everything else was great.

The ground floor room for my husband’s disability was perfect, and the Honey Moon Suite with a fireplace and heart-shaped jacuzzi was mind-blowing. The staff were super helpful, and the view of the river was jaw-dropping. The rooms were very clean, the beds super comfortable, and the breakfast reasonable. The staff at breakfast were really nice, and the free parking, 24-hour reception, and picnic area were great perks.

The location was good for access to all the things in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The free breakfast was nice and had a decent selection of food, and the pool was always open. The river running beside the hotel with fish food vending added an enjoyable touch for the kids. The nearby attractions like The Island in Pigeon Forge and WonderWorks Pigeon Forge were convenient for family outings. The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and sun loungers, added to our relaxation. The staff swiftly managed flooding from tropical storm Fred, ensuring minimal disruption. The rooms were clean, though the beds were uncomfortable, and there was a persistent odor in the hallways. The Pigeon River Inn offered a good value stay overall, ideal for families looking to explore the area.

I recently stayed at Pigeon River Inn in Pigeon Forge for a business trip, as chosen by our director. The outdoor seasonal swimming pool was a delightful feature, offering a place to cool off after a long day of meetings. It was a lovely atmosphere to unwind and relax in the summer heat. While the Ramada Pigeon Forge North might be a better option for travelers seeking a gym and indoor pool, the serene outdoor pool at Pigeon River Inn was perfect for my needs.
I was royally ticked when I learned that a package I had had mailed to the hotel to be held for my arrival had been opened by staff, the book even read by staff and then totally lost before my arrival.

The rooms were impressive on the balcony, the staff was consistently courteous and accommodating. The price was US$ 124.

Roger

I stayed at Pigeon River Inn during my transit, and it was conveniently located near The Pigeon Forge Trolley, making it easy to access most local destinations. The rooms were equipped with essential amenities like microwaves, mini-fridges, and coffee makers, providing a comfortable stay.
The one minor negative feature was the limited elevator, which caused some waiting time during peak hours.

The room at Pigeon River Inn was so cozy and welcoming. It had all the amenities I needed, like a microwave, fridge, and a coffee maker. The private balcony overlooking the river was an absolute delight.
I wish the kitchenette had a stove, but I still managed to whip up some simple meals.

Spotless room overall, on the balcony. Great and incredible location to local areas, and 15 minute walk from Tanger Outlets. And near to Sevierville, the attractions and dining, and the river & location.
Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

Dave
The location it offers is stunning and incredible, close enough to the river side and Pigeon Forge. There's Bojangles' offering takeout just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

Picture yourself relishing the local apple goodies at Apple Valley Creamery and Bake Shop, then moseying over to Apple Barn Winery for a sip of moonshine—it's like a gastronomic journey that Pigeon Forge natives swear by. The hotel's modern decor and riverside charm amplify the southern hospitality vibes. Elevator views and proximity to top-notch joints like Applewood Farmhouse Grill deliver distinctive Smoky Mountain vibes.
When we cranked up the heat, a funky smell greeted us, sending my little dude out the door. Nevertheless, the staff managed to keep their cool even during a slightly glum breakfast service.
